At AL-MUGNI Oil Traders, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation email) is required for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened and used (unless defective).

  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidents after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Email us at info@al-mugni.com with your order ID and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • We may request the item to be returned before processing the replacement or refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@al-mugni.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[Your Order ID]".

  • Include your full name, order ID, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  • Do not ship items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.).

  • The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 3–7 business days.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa).

  • Please provide your bank account or wallet details when submitting your return request.

  • COD refunds are subject to the same 5–10 business day processing time.
